General Information

Norma London is open from 12pm to 10.30pm Monday to Friday. We open from 11.30am on saturdays & sundays. We close at 5pm on Sundays, serving lunch and dinner daily. please note our kitchen closes between 3pm-5pm everyday.

Norma London is located at 8 Charlotte St in Fitzrovia, London. You can find us conveniently accessible via Tottenham Court Road station or Goodge Street.

Reservations

Reservations can be made online via our website, click here for details or by calling the restaurant directly on 0203 995 6224. For larger bookings or any special requests, please drop us an email at reservations@normalondon.com

For all reservations for 5 guests and above, we will need your credit card details and may charge £10.00 per person for no-shows or cancellations received within 24 hours of the seating time

All cancellations must be made via email. For standard bookings, cancellations are required at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge of £10 per person for parties of 5 or more. For bookings involving our Group Dining Menu, Feasting Menu, or private dining room, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise, the full cost of the menu will apply.

Yes, changes to your reservation can be made by contacting the restaurant directly via phone or email.  

Cancellations must be received via email or through our online booking system. Cancelling less than 24 hours before your reservation may incur a charge.

For larger bookings of 5 people or more or private dining bookings, cancellations must be via email. 

Yes, there is a minimum spend requirement for reservations during peak times. For the most accurate information, please contact the restaurant directly.

Private Dining

To book the private dining room, please fill in our enquiry form linked here, or contact our events team via phone or email. They will assist you with all the details including availability, the minimum spend, and menu options.

Yes, a credit card is required to confirm your booking along with card authorisation. No charges will be made to the card unless the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before the booking time.

For private dining room bookings, cancellations must be made via email at least 72 hours before the reservation time to avoid charges. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the booking, a fee equivalent to the full menu cost will apply (£75 per person for the Group Dining Menu or £95 per person for the Feasting Menu).

Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted over the phone or through other platforms

Yes, changes to your reservation can be made by contacting the restaurant directly via phone or email. Please note that amendments, such as changes to the number of guests, must be made at least 72 hours before the booking time. A reduction in guest numbers within the 72-hour cancellation window may incur a fee of £65 per absent guest or the menu cost, whichever is higher. For any changes, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure availability and to minimise potential charges.

Special Events & Celebrations

Absolutely! We offer tailored packages for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. Please contact our team to discuss your requirements.

Our team is delighted to assist with special requests, including decorations, music, or arranging a celebration cake to make your occasion truly memorable. Simply let us know your requirements when booking your reservation. Please note that if you wish to bring your own celebration cake, a cakeage fee will apply.

Yes, there is a £7.00 per person fee if you bring your own cake. This fee is waived if you also choose to order a dessert from our menu.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary requirements. Please let us know when making your reservation so we can ensure a suitable menu.

Yes, if you or any of your guests have allergies, please inform us when making your reservation so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Our menu is made with fresh ingredients, and we can offer dishes that are gluten-free or free from common allergens upon request. Please speak with your server for more details.

Bottomless Brunch

Bottomless brunch is available on Saturdays & Sundays from 11.30am to 3pm 

The menu includes focaccia and olives, plus your choice of one antipasti and one primi per person, alongside 90 minutes of bottomless prosecco or Franciacorta.

Yes, the bottomless time begins from your booking start time. The time limit is 90 minuts. If you arrive late, you may risk having less time to enjoy the bottomless drinks.

No, the bottomless brunch menu is only available for in-restaurant dining and cannot be taken away.

The 90-minute bottomless period begins at your booking time. Arriving late may reduce the time available for bottomless drinks.

Yes, all guests at the table must participate in the bottomless brunch offer. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a mix of bottomless and non-bottomless options at a single table.

For non-drinkers, we offer a selection of non-alcoholic drinks as an alternative to the bottomless option. This includes mocktails, soft drinks, and alcohol-free beverages.

At Norma London, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests. During bottomless brunch, our team reserves the right to refuse further alcohol service to any guest who becomes overly intoxicated or exhibits disruptive behaviour. In extreme cases, we may ask guests to leave the premises to ensure the comfort and safety of others.

Policies

Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs or any pets inside the restaurant, with the exception of certified guide dogs. However, small, well-behaved dogs are welcome on our terrace.

A discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to all bills.

Yes, Norma London is a family-friendly restaurant with a dedicated kids menu and high chairs available for our younger guests. However, please note that we do not have baby-changing facilities. We aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience for families with children.
