Cocktail Class
Step into the vibrant world of Sicilian flavours and learn the art of cocktail-making with a touch of Italian charm. Guided by our expert mixologists, our Cocktail Masterclass is available every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4pm-5.30pm for £55 per person.
You’ll start with our signature Blood Orange Negroni – a zesty twist on a classic aperitif. Then, refresh your senses with the Italicus Spritz, the perfect taste of Sicilian summer. Finally, end on a bold note with our rich and indulgent Sicilian Espresso Martini.
To make the experience even more special, enjoy a selection of Sicilian-style street food snacks, perfectly paired with your creations.

Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older. Valid photo ID is required and will be checked upon arrival.
Booking and Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. All tickets are non-refundable.
Date Changes: Tickets may be exchanged to another date with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the class. A £5 fee per ticket applies to all date changes.
Arrival Time: Classes begin promptly at 4pm. Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a smooth experience. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided.
Dietary Requirements and Allergens: Guests must inform us of any dietary requirements or allergen information no later than 48 hours prior to the class by emailing reservations@normalondon.com. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee allergen-free food and beverages.
Alcohol Consumption: The masterclass includes the preparation and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. Norma reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
Changes or Cancellations by Norma: Norma reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Health and Safety: Guests must follow the guidance and instructions of our team throughout the class to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Liability: Norma is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the event unless caused by our negligence.

Private Cocktail Classes
Gather your group and shake things up with a private cocktail class at Norma! Perfect for team outings, birthdays, or hen parties, our expert mixologists will guide you through crafting three signature cocktails, paired with Sicilian snacks. Want to take it up a notch? Opt for our Sicilian Feasting Menu and mix up cocktails between courses. For groups of six or more, it’s a celebration with a Sicilian twist.
