Bookings Policy

1. General Information

Bookings: You can make a reservation at Norma London through our website, by phone, or in person at the restaurant.
Operating Hours: We’re open Monday to Friday from 12pm to 10.30pm, Saturdays from 11.30am to 10.30pm, and Sundays from 11.30am to 5pm. Please visit our website for the most up-to-date hours, including any changes for special events or holidays.
Table Reservations: We recommend making a reservation, particularly during peak times such as weekends, public holidays, and special events, to secure your preferred table.


2. Making a Reservation

Online Reservations: Book your table via our website by selecting your desired date, time, and party size. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
Phone Reservations: Call us on 0203 995 6224, and our team will assist you in finding the ideal table for your needs.
In-Person Reservations: Feel free to visit us at Norma London to book your table directly.


3. Reservation Policies

Minimum Spend: Certain tables may require a minimum spend during peak times or special events. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Credit Card Guarantee: For parties of 8 or more, we may require a credit card to secure your reservation. No charges will be made unless you cancel within 24 hours of the booking or fail to show, in which case a £10 per person fee applies.
Cancellations: Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your reservation. After this, a £10 per person cancellation fee applies. For Group Dining or Feasting Menu bookings, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance, or the full menu cost will be charged. All cancellations must be made via email at reservations@normalondon.com, as we do not accept cancellations over the phone.
Changes to Reservations: You may adjust your booking (e.g., guest count or time) up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.


4. Private Dining Room

Booking: No deposit is required, but a credit card guarantee is needed to confirm your reservation.
Minimum Spend: A minimum spend may apply during peak times and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are free up to 72 hours before the booking. After this, the menu cost will be charged (£75 per person for Group Dining or £95 per person for Feasting Menu). All cancellations must be sent via email to reservations@normalondon.com.
Confirmation: We’ll reach out to confirm your reservation closer to the date. Unconfirmed bookings may be released.
Guest Count Adjustments: A reduction in guest numbers within the 72 hour cancellation window may incur a fee of £65 per absent guest or the menu cost, whichever is higher.


5. Special Requests

Celebrations & Events: Let us know if you’re celebrating a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary. We can arrange decorations, cakes, or other touches to make your event memorable.
Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking. Our team will do their best to accommodate your needs.


6. On the Day of Your Reservation

Arrival Time: Please arrive promptly for your reservation. We’ll hold your table for 15 minutes. If you’re running late, kindly let us know.
Guest Conduct: To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, we request that guests respect the dining environment. Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if behaviour is deemed disruptive.


7. Payment

Billing: We accept payment by cash, debit, or credit card. Cheques are not accepted.
Service Charge: A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to your bill and shared among the team. This is not included in any minimum spend requirements.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are available for purchase and are valid for 12 months. They cannot be redeemed for cash.


8. Privacy Policy

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Norma London reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately.

11. Bottomless Brunch Terms & Conditions

Availability: Saturdays from 11.30am to 3pm and Sundays from 12pm to 3pm.
Menu: Includes focaccia and olives, one antipasti, one primi per person, and 90 minutes of bottomless drinks.
Timing: Your 90-minute session begins at your reservation time. Late arrivals may result in reduced bottomless time.
Booking: This offer is available for pre-booked tables only, with all guests at the table participating.
Payment: Payment is made on-site, with a discretionary 12.5% service charge added to your bill.
Cancellations: Cancellation fees apply as per our general cancellation policy.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse further drinks if guests appear intoxicated or display inappropriate behaviour. In extreme cases, guests may be asked to leave the premises
