In September we will be celebrating our fourth birthday with a series of special events here at Norma. We will be inviting four incredible chefs to join us over four consecutive evenings from 26th to 29th September. The guest chefs will be creating a one-off, collaborative menu with our Executive Head Chef, Giovann Attard.

Lisa Goodwin-Allen & Jozef Rogulski X Norma

To kick off our birthday celebrations on Tuesday 26th September, we will be welcoming Lisa Goodwin-Allen, Executive Head Chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant at Northcote, and Jozef Rogulski, Executive Head Chef of The Game Bird restaurant at The Stafford London. Both Lisa and Jozef specialise in luxury British fine-dining, and have worked with Giovann Attard of Norma to create a one-off five course menu full of Sicilian-inspired gourmet dishes. Giuseppe Federici X Norma

On Wednesday 27th September, Giuseppe Federici, Instagram Chef @sepps will be joining Giovann in the kitchen here at Norma. Next up on Thursday 28th September, we have Danilo Cortellini, Chef Consultant & Content Creator, who was previously a finalist on BBC’s Masterchef: The Professionals. Olivia Cavalli X Norma

For our final night of celebrations, we will be inviting Olivia Cavalli, Chef, Food Stylist & Writer, into our kitchen to cook with Giovann. Olivia has recently published her first cookbook, Stagioni, which focuses on seasonal, vegetable-led cooking.
